Job Description
Providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in engineering and related subjects, such as mathematics, physics, and computer science.
Designing and implementing engaging and effective learning materials, including presentations, handouts, and practice problems.
Assessing students' strengths and weaknesses, and developing individualized plans to help them achieve their academic goals.
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to both students and instructors.
Collaborating with instructors to integrate course content and materials into tutoring sessions.
Staying up-to-date on current developments and advancements in engineering and related fields.
Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student success and motivation.
Holding a PhD in Engineering or a related field, with a strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
